In the course of some family research I discovered that one of my uncles was baptised in 1906 at the St Mary Mission Church, Whitefriars Lane. This is the first time of I have heard of this church, and there seems to be scant information about it on the internet, except that it was associated with St Michaels and that it's been demolished. Is there anyone who can shed some more light on this church please?

Whitefriars Lane Meeting House, built by Baptists in 1825, it was superseded by their Gosford St Chapel in 1869 and sold. Used as a mission church by St. Michael's, Christchurch and Holy Trinity. Demolished after 1958.
I assume you mean this one? Pictures of Coventry |

Yes, That's the one. Thanks for your help. The family actually lived in Whitefriars Lane, so it would have been handy for them.
