Could this be the tank going for the war effort?

This wasn't the tank that was put on display but possibly the one purchased by public funds prior to it being sent to the front. I'm trying to determine the location (presuming it's Cov). I thought it may have been at the top of Smithford Street with Hertford Street showing in the background but the buildings don't seem to match up from my archive?

Quick guess is that it's the corner of the High Street with Broadgate in the background.

119 is apparently "Old Bill", it was in the city in February 1918.
