Hi all, Wave I believe that the barricade was erected in a jetty at the end of Romford Rd, off Rotherham Rd.

An image from Pictures of Coventry but one without a location. Now I think I've worked out where it is but it would be nice if someone either knows or could guess the location. I've searched the threads for references to the possible street but there are no links to this image and the few like it. Is it somewhere else?

I can see the road slopes down into the distance, would say not directly in city centre, due to lack of crowd, other pics I've seen normally have people 6 deep.

Deanocity3, that agrees with where I think it is. It also has cobbles and a tram line. None of the images I have of the possible location have exactly the same street furniture but that could be just the wide range in dates between the images.

One of those words is particularly relevant to where I think it is but I can't say I've examined the Foleshill or Eagle Street areas.

I feel I must have a stab at this. On the right in the distance you can see two chimneys which could be the Brickworks and the structure between the chimneys look like the Drier Towers. Is it Stoney Stanton Road? I wonder. Roll eyes
