Another lovely breakie and morning. Thanks all and especially Rob (for picking up the tab) and Bev for being an extra special hostess to us all!

Barring disaster, I will be breakfast ready on Saturday 21st May. I've committed money, so I won't cry off because I can't wake up early enough Wink As for location, I'm easy so long as it's an easy walk from the Herbert.

I'm there, Helen! The usual Flying Standard would do the job. Be great to catch up again. Double thumbs up

Triffic! Double thumbs up I'm booked in at the archives. I've planned my visit. The big scary thing is getting myself into the Salt Lane car park for the first time. The Belgrade Plaza is just too full now it's an NCP car park with a weekly pass and I'd have to set off at an unspeakable hour to get in. I'm getting very excited. Big grin

Do enjoy your visit, Helen, and I hope the weather is kind for you on the day. Wave Say hello to the boys for me (if you manage to get a word in). Lol

Have you been trying to book a weekly pass on line? If so, you don't have to. As you may know we go down all the time, next one July, and never book parking. Best way, just drive on and find a parking place, go to the exit door, just put your ticket in the machine as if your paying, it will not tell you this but you will see three buttons just above, press the middle one, it will take you to the 7 day weekly ticket, price £14.50 last time. You then can go on/off as you wish

Hi Dougie, it's a good tip Double thumbs up but the problem is finding a space that will take my car. It's got the turning circle of an ocean liner. Last time I ended up on the top floor and was lucky to see someone opposite the ramp just leaving. I moved the car to a better spot in the evening. If I was staying longer I'd still move to the Belgrade but it quite suits me to be based on that side of town this time.
