Hi all, I am trying to being good, not wishing to blow the progress with my attempt to lose 2 stone. I have lost 1st 2lb so far, since last September. By reducing added sugar, I am actually tasting flavours in food that previously were drowned with sugar. Once again, thanks to all for your kind wishes.
