Good question, MR. I did like that kit too, and also the matching away kit with red shirts and blue shorts. I also liked the kit we wore when we won the cup. It officially had white shorts but they changed to navy shorts for a couple of the cup games and stuck with them for 'luck'. Overall, though, I would have to go with the simplicity of the 1962-67 kit, with those quirky socks. When I was following them at that time, all the kids I knew had that kit to play football in the local field. Strangely, they were never worn to the game in those days.

Yes, MR. It's not bad at all. Very like the Cup winning kit, and almost identical to the 1989-91 kit too. I am cynical enough to see it all as a marketing exercise, of course. The sponsor's logo does spoil it though, but money talks. The bottom line, as always, is not the shirts but their contents. Let's hope we can sign some players who are fit to wear those shirts. Thumbs up

Somehow, I don't think they've got a lot of chance of that unless they substantially up their game.

Has anyone seen how Coventry City ranks in the Tax Haven league? Have a look at the Offshore Game Table! It's pretty disturbing. Blush

I wonder how SISU will react to this, considering their (final) appeal isn't heard till the new year? I would have thought they might have wanted to delay their decision until after that Sad

After forcing us out of the ground, you think the council would give us some land. The whole situation is very frustrating. Rugby is ok, but you want our club in our city.
