Great stuff scrutiny Is there anything you feel is possibly the original Much Park Street works?

Scrutiny, that picture could easily be the Canley Works, which had that sort of shaped shed and was surrounded by fields and the odd tree.

All I can find on Much Park Street Canley production line 1927

The upper photo looks later than the Canley production line one - are they both Canley? Was Ivy Cottage always part of the original works, does anyone know?

It is a bit hard to read but the newspaper clipping says the building remains almost unchanged after 58yrs. Much Park Street. Most of photos have Standard news on the back.

I didn't think they were in MPS for long though? Scrutiny, have you seen The Standard Triumph website? They have a Facebook page as well. I'm sure they would love to see some of the photos.

According to records they moved to Canley 1916 although they had premises in Cash's Lane

I believe these are the Standard factory on the corner of Cash's Lane and Foleshill Road, now Kwik Fit tyres. Thought I posted this before but can't find it, I must have slipped up somewhere
