He laid a foundation stone at the rebuilding of the Methodist church in Station St West in the 1880s. He died in 1896 and his grave is in St Pauls Churchyard, Foleshill Rd. Any information about the property's whereabouts would be appreciated.
We are distantly related - William Gamble was my Great Great Great Grandfather on my Father's side.

Hi Stepg03, welcome to the forum Wave Unfortunately houghton1854 hasn't posted since 2017, and doesn't allow people to contact them. We advise people to activate the contact button because members can be the proverbial ships that pass in the night. The contact button doesn't allow people to know your real email, it just uses a dummy address and the software either stores the email here or if set up, also sends a copy to your real email. Maybe the person will pop in and see your comment? Fingers crossed.
