Anyway, I suppose it was my education regards my dinning. My best marks at school were dinner hour. I was never late, couldn't get enough & never left anything ever! Hope you are snoozing away in the land of sweet dreams.
re.school lunches. Three of us always sat together -two always very hungry and one who was a very picky eater so her pals always helped her out. I realize now that she was unable to eat some food because of an intolerance. Nobody knew about those in the 50's and 60's.

A very good evening to you Philip, Just to put you in the picture at this moment, the time here is just 9 pm. It was a beautiful Spring like day and I had to water the pots. However, rain is on the way so we poms have been needing the rain and now we may be getting what we wished for. Not reaching the snoozing stage yet but having a drink of sherry while I wait for Leo, my little pooch, to come in from the garden and settle for the evening. Guess what, I had a nice plate of fish and chips for tea tonight and I would rate it 7 out of 10. I supplied my own mushy peas. ! Keep well and I am looking forward to some more extensions to 'the village'. Wave

Lindatee2002, Shh, but we used to call our school dinners 'Nun's food' while at St. Joseph's Convent. Very plain but when you are hungry you tend to eat anything. Roll eyes

Hello to you both, from opposite ends of our globe. I love your sensitivity, Lindatee2002. I knew two young ladies from St Joseph's, both no longer alive, connected to our local GP surgery. I do wish you both so well.

If you happen to be be passing by, The Spice Market in Fremantle is well worth a visit. And this time next week I'll be able to check out what Coventry has to offer these days.

Hello, The news regards Pizza Hut looking very bleak. I only went to Pizza Hut, if with someone who wanted to go, or everywhere else was full-up.
