Thank you so much for your kind words. I live right near Windmill Rd Cemetery and the Twiggers story was one I found so when I added their entries on Findagrave I wanted to try and do them justice and also help any relations find out their families story if they ever traced them back. I believe one of Johns daughters married and potentially died in Scotland. I agree 100% that he probably had PTSD from his service during World War I. And losing his wife and a daughter (I believe her name was Eva). His wife Harriet's death and Eva's death were registered in the same quarter, do you think they were connected ? John and Mary's father William was scolded during the inquest, but after his death Johns daughters Rosa and Mary left several heartfelt memorial messages in the local paper, so I like to think he stepped up for both of them when he was he only left to look after them. Sorry to keep saying it but thanks again for all your help

Thank you so much for all the effort and research you've done, it's fascinating. I lived down lady lane in the early 2010s but didn't know any of this. Thank you for knocking at the address to. All of that is really interesting I think I'll have to settle with photos of the surrounding area mixed with the maps and that great aerial photo posted above. Completely blown away by all the help. Thank you and I hope you all have a great week Smile

Hello, I hope that you keep well & that info continues to crop up. That's what happens in many subjects. Someone's mind clicks, where a single comment provokes an avalanche of responses. As said, keep well.

No, Please do Philex31, I'd rather everything be as accurate as possible. Double thumbs up I think I must have missed that when I wrote it down, how confusing having 'Lady Lane' and 'The Croft, Lady Lane'.
